Job Role: Head of Interventions
Location: Wetherby House, Stockton – Although would be expected to work at any location within the Durham Tees Valley area
Salary: Band 6 - £39,427 raising to £49,016 pa
Hours of work: Fixed term until 31 May 2021 - 37 hours per week
We have a need for an innovative and highly motivated individual to join Durham Tees Valley Community Rehabilitation Company (DTV CRC) in the role of Head of Interventions. You will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, and under the direction of the Acting Chief Executive. You will ensure effective delivery of all interventions within the CRC, including Unpaid Work, Enhanced Through the Gate (ETTG) and Accredited Programmes.
You will use established leadership skills to improve service delivery and performance within the CRC by effective management of interventions, including people issues and the most efficient allocation of resources.
The appointed candidate will be responsible for liaising with the successful Probation Delivery Partner bidder and Dynamic Framework providers to ensure smooth and timely handover of services to these organisations.
Using excellent communication skills you will build strategic alliances with partners to ensure services are supported to meet participant needs. This will include representing the CRC at a range of local networks.
